Terms of Service

Introduction

Welcome to SecureNet. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and any related services provided by SecureNet. By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to use the App.

License

Subject to these Terms, SecureNet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.

This license does not allow you to:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App
• Copy, duplicate, or reproduce the App or any part of it
• Use the App for any commercial purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App require a subscription. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay the subscription fees as they become due. Subscription rates may change from time to time, but we will notify you of any changes before they take effect.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase.

Acceptable Use

When using our App, you agree not to:

• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the App to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App
• Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Collect or track personal information of other users
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The App, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by SecureNet and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SecureNet.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SECURENET, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecureNet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the App or contact us to request account deletion.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
